Trash bin cleaning for Muscle Shoals homes.
Trash bin cleaning in Muscle Shoals, Alabama from PreVent Exterior Care, based in Florence, about 10 minutes south across the o'neal bridge. Muscle Shoals sits on the south bank directly below Wilson Dam, and streets like Alabama Shores back right up to Wilson Lake, so lake humidity keeps mildew working on shaded siding and decks most of the year. For homes in Cornelius Landing, Alabama Shores, Ford City and the rest of 35661, once or on the monthly plan. Call or text 256-415-7878.
Cans in Muscle Shoals sit at the curb on the same humid summer days as everywhere else in the Shoals, and the subdivisions on the south side keep them close to the garage. A monthly hot wash keeps the flies from ever finding them.
We come after the truck has emptied them, wash inside and out, sanitise, deodorise, and put them back where you keep them.
How it is done. Each can is washed inside and out with hot, pressurised water, then the lid, the handles and the wheels. A sanitiser goes on to kill what the wash did not lift, and a deodoriser finishes it. The wash water is captured, not sent down the storm drain. Cans get done at the curb on or after pickup day so they are empty.

Four things you can check today.
- 01A smell in the garage that is not the garage
- 02Flies on the lid before you have even opened it
- 03A brown residue in the bottom that the rain does not clear
- 04A lid you lift with two fingers instead of your hand
Do not hose it out in the driveway
Rinsing a can into the street sends the bacteria into the storm drain and the smell to whoever lives downhill. Hot water, a sanitiser and captured wash water is the job. A garden hose is a rinse.
Trash bin cleaning is 10 to 20% off on the plan
The plan is the monthly upkeep most people never get round to: web sweep, wasp removal, trash bin cleaning, gutter inspection, light perimeter debris cleanup, from $59 a month with the same person every visit. Being on it takes 10 to 20% off trash bin cleaning and anything else you book, and the higher tiers fold the seasonal work in. See the three tiers →
Or just the one visit, full price, no plan needed. Call or text 256-415-7878.

Trash bin cleaning in Muscle Shoals, answered.
What Muscle Shoals homeowners ask about trash bin cleaning. If yours is not here, call or text and the owner picks up.
01How does trash bin cleaning work?
Leave the cans at the curb on pickup day. After the truck empties them, we wash them inside and out with hot water, sanitise, deodorise, and put them back. On the plan it happens every month.
02Where does the dirty water go?
It is captured, not sent into the storm drain. That is the difference between a bin cleaning and a hose in the driveway.
03Do you do recycling and yard-waste cans too?
Yes. Any curbside can. Tell us how many when you ask for the quote at 256-415-7878.
04Do you cover all of Muscle Shoals?
Yes. Cornelius Landing, Alabama Shores, Ford City and the rest of 35661. If you are just outside town, text the address to 256-415-7878 and we will tell you straight.
05How far is Muscle Shoals from your base?
