One truck. On purpose.
Who shows up, and why it is the same person every time.
Started with windows. Grew with the customers.
PreVent Exterior Care is a locally owned exterior cleaning company based in Florence, Alabama. It started with window cleaning in 2023 and grew into gutters and trash bins as the same customers kept asking, and today it runs a monthly exterior maintenance plan across Florence and the Shoals. Insured. Call or text 256-415-7878.
The owner describes the business as locally owned and operated, Christian-based, run on honesty, integrity, and consistency, with one aim: to prevent exterior problems before they start. The reason to have one company on the outside of the house is that the person on the ladder in March is the person on the ladder in October. They know which downspout clogs and which window the sprinkler hits.
Honesty, integrity, and consistency.
Honesty
The number we give is the number we work to. If something changes on the ladder, you hear it before it is done, not on the invoice.
Integrity
The same standard on the twelfth visit as the first, whether or not anyone is home to see it.
Consistency
A standing day each month, the same person, a text when it is done. That is the whole point of a plan.
