What we collect
When you request a quote, start the maintenance plan, or contact us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property, the services you are interested in, and anything you write in the message.
How we use it
To respond to your request, quote and schedule the work, and, if you are on the plan, to run your standing visits. Your details are sent to our inbox and to the scheduling and customer tools we use to run the business. We do not sell your information.
Card on file
If you put a card on file for the maintenance plan, the card details are entered on a page hosted by Stripe and stored by Stripe. We never see or store the card number. Stripe’s privacy policy governs that data.
Text messages
If you check the box agreeing to receive text messages from PreVent Exterior Care, we may text you about your request, your quote and your scheduled visits. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. We do not share your mobile number or consent with third parties for their marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use standard analytics to understand how pages are used. No personal information is collected by analytics beyond what your browser normally sends.
